We are excited to have the Polish Hall return to us for yet another endeavor. We recently finished Phase I of the Polish Hall back in 2013. This involved an extensive renovation to update and modernize the banquet halls and common areas in the basement of an aging building. This new phase entails Kennedy continuing our design work in rejuvenating the Grand Ballroom, updating the Bar, Coat Room, and Washrooms on the main floor, extending the design to the Mezzanine Level which overlooks the Grand Ballroom, and modernizing the overall look of the large main stage at the far end of the Grand Ballroom.
On top of this we will be researching and conducting studies to suggest ways as to how to improve the Polish Hall’s food service efficiency on the main floor. Food services operate out of the kitchen located in the basement. This may prove to be one of the biggest challenges; as an older building there are always interesting complexities. Regardless, we are looking forward to facing these challenges and to get underway with the design of such a great opportunity for exceptional design.
