Situated on St. Albert Trail, a major arterial road in Edmonton, this project involves the renovation of an existing building and new additional space, effectively doubling the size of the original building. An enclosed underground parkade will increase parking capacity and security. The exterior will be upgraded to fit contemporary standards with a modern look and improving the overall aesthetic of the neighbourhood. 

We collaborated with Metrix Group to produce various programming scenarios and schematic options. These options allowed them to make important decisions about the most efficient layout of their new office. Particular consideration was given to maintain privacy where needed, with an open concept in other areas to facilitate staff interaction, mentorship and growth.
